Contingency search is a risk-free option - there is absolutely no cost to you unless you hire one of our candidates.
Contained Search is a hybrid of our contingency and retained options. This type of search is suggested when you have a critical need that requires a higher priority than contingency. It can be used for all job levels. Its advantage is that you receive a dedicated team approach without the requirement of a full retainer fee.
Retained Search is recommended when you have a critical or extremely time-sensitive hire. Typically, retained searches are utilized for management or executive management-level roles. These searches are given top priority and exclusive service attention. Candidates are recruited specifically for each search and usually are not active in the marketplace. Once identified, these candidates are not presented on any other opportunities until they have been released from consideration on yours.
